If it is our centrifuge quality problem, we will supply the parts free of charge.

So I suggest that you should do as follow:

1) Teach the customer how to use it correctly and read the manual carefully.

2) When the matter with the centrifuge, please take a photo of the code of EORR in the window, and tell us what is matter with the machine. (or video)

We will judge it, and teach how to solve the problem. Sometimes it is a small problem with the machine. Sometimes it is only a problem that can be solved by turning one screw more than half a turn. If we think there is a problem with a part, we will provide it.

If you order more than 20 units, it can be Neutral, it means bland and delete our company's information. It allows you to print your logo in the label on the back side. If you want to print your logo in another place, it will charge the OEM cost.

If you order less than 20 units, it will print our logo.
